What an extraordinary audition journey we just completed! What wonderful talents we saw in each city! We wish we had twice as many slots to fill!
In Los Angeles, we saw 32 very special performers, who showed us how rich the talent pool is on the west coast. In New York City it was inspiring to see so many of our alumni performing in their Broadway and off-Broadway shows, and it was wonderful to be treated to auditions from 246 talented artists.
In Wichita we were entertained by 137 singer-dancer-actors who wish to be part of our resident non-Equity professional company. We also had a great time with 73 Children and 106 Teens. In Oklahoma City we saw 144 professional artists, and 5 extremely talented young ladies for special children’s roles. In Chicago we saw 80 very talented performers, and in Ann Arbor another 57.
We sincerely wish we could have hired all the gifted artists who shared their time with us.
