Patron Services Manager
Music Theatre Wichita is seeking a Patron Services Manager to join a dynamic, forward-looking team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, an interest in collaboration, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The Patron Services Manager is a motivated self-starter with an engaging and patient demeanor and superior communication skills, and exceptional phone etiquette. This is a highly relational person who values relationships and owns the deepening of relationships with our valuable subscribers. In addition, the Patron Services Manager should have great enthusiasm for the musical theatre and desire to join a high-performing organization that grew its team and offerings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
